Technical Account Manager

MediaWallah is looking for a motivated individual to be an essential team member tasked with maintaining and driving growth for all of the company’s most important clients. Your charter will be to develop strategies for growing accounts and to be a valuable member of the team for providing feedback from both clients and the market to internal teams across technology, engineering, and product. As a part of this role, you will be the key point of contact for managing the company’s day-to-day relationships with partners that include technology platforms, marketers and agencies.


  • Act as key point of contact with strategic partners
  • Provide reporting to internal and external stakeholders relative to data delivery for all clients
  • Manage internal (and external) software platforms in order to support client deliverables
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal engineering teams
  • Manage data-driven client deliverables for the company
  • Schedule regular calls and meetings with key stakeholders from demand partners in order to maintain and grow relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts
  • Provide feedback from clients to product and engineering to help inform product roadmaps
  • Assist Sales where necessary in order to provide subject matter expertise on our products and capabilities
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients

  • Detail and precision oriented individual across all facets of day to day tasks
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to provide clear and concise reporting to clients that are both visually compelling and contain the correct data with insights where needed
  • Analytical thinker and the ability to draw insights from data that needs to be delivered for clients
  • Technical expertise relative to industry standard tools and software programs common in the AdTech / MarTech ecosystem (Google, MSFT, SQL, Amazon, etc.)
  • Ability to understand SQL, execute provided queries, and extract insights from SQL queries
  • College Education - Bachelor of Science a plus
  • 2 years minimum experience in Advertising, Marketing, Software, or related fields
