Today, we are pleased to announce that MediaWallah has been named to the Inc. 5000, the most prestigious annual ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Based on our impressive revenue growth from 2017 to 2020, MediaWallah is in the leaders’ circle of fastest-growing identity resolution providers in America, and in the top third of the Inc. 5000 overall. Being a part of this list puts us in the company of many historic businesses which gained their early national exposure as Inc. 5000 honorees — business like Intuit, Microsoft, Patagonia, Under Armour, and Zappos.
As I stated already, this recognition reflects our growth from 2017 through 2020 – a time of seismic shifts for the identity business and the whole world. GDPR, adopted in 2016, went into effect in May of 2018. CCPA went into effect in January of 2020, followed quickly by Google’s announcement of its plans to remove third-party cookies from Chrome. Meanwhile, Apple announced its own plans for major changes to its core IDFA identifier. Throughout this time, we’ve been blessed with clients and partners who see MediaWallah as their strategic asset not just for capturing the opportunity of targeted engagement — but also for thriving in an ever-evolving and increasingly complex era of data depletion.
Obviously, it goes without saying that 2020 was also a time of unprecedented challenges for businesses of all kinds across the world. The fact that we could continue to grow through those challenges has been a testament to our amazing team. Our growth happened not only because of their talents, but equally because of their creativity, resourcefulness, and perseverance in the face of incredible odds.
On behalf of the entire MediaWallah family, I would like to thank our clients, partners, and team for helping us scale so quickly together. Here’s to continued growth and mutual success in the next year and the ones that follow — whatever the future throws our way.
